Dennis Dixon-Oregon: The Ducks starting QB has made a name for himself this season. All the games this senior has played this season have been remarkable. The Ducks offense has scored and average of 48.5 points a game, with Dixon throwing for 11 TDs and ZERO INTs. Oregon has a great chance at beating #6 Cal this Saturday, and will be a well-rounded opponent for the October 27th game against USC. If the Ducks can win the PAC-10 conference, look to see Oregon playing for the national championship with Dennis Dixon leading the way.
Josh David Booty-USC: Booty, so far, has tossed for 9 TDs and 2 INTs and an astouding 70.4% completion percentage. After posting up 3,347 yards last season for the Trojans, Booty looks to not only put the spotlight back on USC, but to win the BCS National Championship Game. Booty has alot of talent around him that will help with this conquest. His real test of leadership skills will come in play the most against a tough Oregon and Cal later on in the season. Josh David Booty has the skills it takes to lead this huge USC program in the right direction; right onto the stage kissing that crystal football.
Brian Brohm-Louisville: The poor play recently was not contributed by Brian Brohm. Brohm, is second in the nation in passing yards, with 1,697, and 15 TDs. One of the most highly noted players coming into the season, and can be an easy number one selection in the NFL Draft. Brohm has led the Cardinals since he was a sophomore, even though battling with injuries his sophomore and junior season, he has been able to take the team to a BCS bowl game last season. Even though the Cardinals may not make it into a January bowl this year, Brian Brohm is still noted as one of the most fundamentally talented quarterbacks in college football.
Colt Brennan-Hawaii: Last season, this senior made his name heard in the WAC by throwing 58 TDs!! So far this season, Hawaii is undefeated and ranked 19th in the nation. In the first two games this season, Brennan threw for 964 yards and 10 TDs. Brennan no doubt has talent and is proving it with those crazy numbers he has been putting up. Brennan sat out last game due to an ankle injury, which doesn't look too serious because he was still suited up in case the Rainbow Warriors needed him. Colt Brennan has great vision and good decision making, which makes him a contender for the Heisman. Even though he plays in the WAC, Colt Brennan's game is not whack!
Tim Tebow-Florida: After last season, nobody was expecting anything less than another championship. The true-freshman showed that he can handle the big stage by scoring a rushing touchdown to put the game out of reach against the Ohio State Buckeyes. Tebow is now the lime-light quarterback for the Gators, after sharing the stage with Chris Leak last year, and is hoping to bring the Gators back to the promised land. Tebow has a passer rating of 197.96 with 10 TDs so far this season. This sophomore is one of the top 10 QBs in the NCAA, and still has at least one more year to prove to the NFL scouts that he is the guy to build their franchise around. He has a cannon for an arm and the build of a tightend. Before his tenure is up at Florida, he WILL be winning at least one more national championship for the Gators.
